Refund policy

15-day returns

If UfoKitty isn't right for your cat, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email us at danielzafra21@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps by email.

Condition

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Items damaged through normal use during the trial period are still eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
